All our products are PDF documents. You will need the latest version of Acrobat Reader to open them. Acrobat Reader is free and can be downloaded at Adobe. If you need any more help with opening any of our products, email us at Jerry@chinatag.com.
I've purchased one of your products but I can't find it! Where is it?
All purchased real-exams are displayed in the top side Member Download section after you log in. If you made a purchase and do not see it there, forward your purchase receipt (the one we sent to you) to us at Jerry@chinatag.com along with any information you think may be relevent such as your browser name and version number. Make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser. If you receive any errors when you download your purchase, please email Jerry@chinatag.com with a description of the problem and the code number of error. Please always email us from the same email account that you used as your login name.
