How to pay How do I pay for the products? There are currently three ways to pay. Most customers use online payment with credit card. If no credit card is available Bank Wire or Western Union Money Transfer can also be used. - Online using credit card. This is the most frequent payment method. It is fast. The purchased products will immediately be available for download. There is no extra charge.
- Bank wire. We only accept bank wire for larger purchases, typically at least 5 products. There will be some delay, typically between 3 and 8 days for the bank wire to come through.

They payment is very quick, typically within 5 minutes. You will have the products available within some hours after the money transfer.

Security of our customer's confidential information is of utmost importance to us. We therefore use a trusted third party vendor as our card processor. All of your credit card information is processed through them on their secure network. We never see any of your confidential information and no confidential information about you is never stored anywhere on our server. Do you share your customer information database with any third parties? At Chinatag we hate spam mail as much as everyone else, and we respect your right to privacy. Therefore we will never share any information about our customers with a third-party. The only email you will receive will come from us, and you can inform us at anytime if you want to be removed from our mail list. How to purchase How do I make an online purchase? Click the appropriate products from the Chinatag products page. Add it to your shopping cart. Repeat this process until all your desired products has been added to your shopping cart. Select Check out. Check your information and confirm the order. Enter credit card information and finish the purchase. If this is the first purchase at Chinatag and you are not a registered user, you will need to register yourself at Chinatag. After the purchase the products can be accessed from your Member Zone. Here is the procedure to download your product: Go to www.chinatag.com Login using your e-mail and password Latest versions of the purchased products are downloadable from the top menu. Just click the Member Download button and click the product name to start download. I do not have any credit card. Can I purchase Chinatag products? Yes, Chinatag accepts Bank Wire and Western Union. Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is the receipt. Should I keep the receipt? Yes, we recommend you should keep the receipt and not throw it away. It might be needed later, for example if the exam is retired and replaced with another exam. How to access purchased products How do I access the product after the purchase? The product is made available for download in your member zone. In steps: 1. login yourself and click on Member Download(top side menu) 2. Click the appropriate product, for example Microsoft 070-215. 3. Download the product by clicking the product name. Purchase Problems I am not able to add products to my Shopping Cart. What is wrong? Ensure that your cookies are enabled. To be able to make online purchases at Chinatag cookies must be enabled.. The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do? Our experience is that 99% when this problem occurs is that some information is missing or is incorrectly type. Such as card number, security code or expiry date. Please, check carefully and try again. I am absolutely sure I entered the correct credit card information, and still the system does not accept it. What should I do? We have used several different credit card processer's companies. Each Credit Card Processor has different methods of checking the validity of the Credit Card. We have noticed that some that are approved by one Credit Card are not approved by others, and vice versa. If you are unlucky your credit card will not be approved by our current Credit Card processor. You can try another card or use an alternative payment method.
