No. Our goal is to provide explanations to all our Q&A. There are still some Q&A without explanations.

How can I detect if a product has explanations or not before I make the purchase?

Can I pass an exam with Chinatag Q&A only?
Yes, it is possible. However, we recommend that you use one extra source, such as the Chinatag StudyGuide, to provide the theoretical background and the practical hands-on experience.

Updates
Are your updates free?
Free updates are available for 90 dates after the purchase. After 90 days the product is considered expired and can be renewws for 30% off regular price.

Is it possible to extend the update period of an expired product?
Expired products can be repurchased at 70% discount.

How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study guides to accurately reflect the current exams.

How do I know that there has been an update?

• The New Releases section on www.chinatag.com. You will notice the rapid updates here. Chinatag makes several updates every day.
  Status on an a purchased product can be found on the download page in the member zone.
  
• Date of latest release can also be found on the products page.
  
• Chinatag also sends out information on updates on a regular basis in Chinatag newsletter, usually once every two weeks. Registered Chinatag users receive the Newsletter.
  In general, you should always check for a new update 3-4 days before you plan to take the exam.

How do I receive my updates?
Log in to www.Chinatag.com
Click on Member Download(Top menu)
You see a list of purchased products.
Click the appropriate product, for example Microsoft 070-215.
Now download the product.

There was an update. I already printed the previous version. Do I need to reprint the whole document?
New questions are appended to the older versions. For most updates it enough just to print the new questions at the end of the new version.

There has been an update but when I download I still got the old version. What should I do?
The old version is probably cached at your computer. You could try to restart Internet Explorer, restart the computer or clear the local web cache. To clear the local web cache open Internet Explorer, choose Tools menu then Internet Options command, and finally click the "Delete files" button.

Bundles
Which types of bundles do Chinatag offer?
Chinatag ordinary bundles containing around 4 to 12 products. Examples are: CompTIA A+, MCSE 2000 Core; MCSE 2003 Core, MCSA Deluxe, MCDBA, CCNP.

Special customized bundles.
If you intend to make a larger purchase and it does not fit the Ordinary bundles, contact jerry@chinatag.com. They will give you a special price for the purchase.

Our goal is the have at least 95% exam coverage and at least 95% accuracy.

How is the quality of the Chinatag products achieved?
Chinatag experts, including MCSEs, MCDBAs, MCTs, CCNPs, CCIEs, etc. verify the answers and provide explanations. Especially providing explanations increases the accuracy of the answers.
